Not sure what the issue is but if it helps, I’m using FF 4.0(beta version) on my MacbookPro and it works fine. Not sure if it has something to do with the version or windows/mac comupter.

jazzguy, make sure you upload the entire plugin folder to the server or install through dashboard…. I had the same problem where I just uploaded the wp-hide-dashboard.php to the server. The file wphd-hpo.js that is in the plugin folder is also needed.
