Contact forms.
Select the form that is hanging.

Found my issue. I had a return URL script in there and I was missing a tick (‘). Added in the tick and it works perfectly now.

OK but this form in www.remarpro.com doesn’t hang when we click submit.

Same issue here: https://bellaviavenue.com/contact/ – was working last week.
Not this week. Browser is Chrome.
Submit, hangs and hangs, no return URL. People keep hitting submit thinking it’s not going through. That’s a tad bit agitating.
Hangs in Firefox too.
Hangs in Safari on phone, too.

What can we do to resolve this hanging submit button?

Thank you for the quick reply. We’ll go another route, as the emails from your ReadyGraph name. Not ideal for branding, either. We may use your system another time.

So the default privacy and terms links are hold me overs and we will change them to link to our own.
ReadyGraph is NOT collecting the information from our site or any of their affiliates, right? I need to provide that information or else we will have privacy concerns about data.

I had to go with a different solution. I’ll close this. Thank you. Timing was important. Went with “member” plugin for our needs. I’m sure you have a great plugin, it didn’t fit us and didn’t function as expected.

It didn’t work. Single quotes made not difference. When I go to the https://ocadultdayservices.org/wp/forgot-password/ and type in my email address, click reset, it just jumps me down the page and doesn’t return me to the [forgot-password reset_email_url=’https://ocadultdayservices.org/wp/confirm-forgot-password/’%5D
page.
Page resovles but the code doesn’t send you to that form.
Should I instead have a message on that page after they hit submit that only shows then telling them to check their email? Is that why it jumps down? Documentation doesn’t have this in there.

I set up temporary SMTP with my own account through Google for testing only.

We are expecting this to happen:
Click on either CENTER LOGIN or MEMBER RESOURCES to login.
Login and be taken to the same MEMBER RESOURCES page with list of documents showing now after login.

If you don’t remember your password, from CENTER LOGIN page you can click to RESET/FORGOT password.
There, you enter your email and should be given the reset form.

We are not getting those steps. On FORGOT PASSWORD page when I type in my email and click, It’s the same page that jumps down and no email comes through.

We are not redirected to the CONFIRM RESET page.
CONFIRM RESET page is supposed to redirect to MEMBER RESOURCES page after you reset.

What am I missing?

WORKS! had to sync htaccess file in cpanel.

Every hosting company is different. They walked me through and showed me what to click. Any time a change is made to permalink structure, this has to be done to enable the change to the htaccess file. Learned something new.

Thank you. Works in default mode. Checking on mod_rewrite question. Do I set that in the phpmyadmin or is it something that the hosting company needs to enable?

Is there a way to only search a specific forum’s posts? I only see the search at the top with that link which is how I got here.
