Wow, that will take a bit of inspection and I will do it tomorrow. I really am off to bed now. I will post tomorrow night after work how I get on after I’ve looked for those files.

I’ve just updtaed my WordPress version and also my theme but I guess it will need more work than that. I’m off to be now – it’s after 11pm here in New Zealand but tomorrow I will look at those links and see what I have to do. Thanks for your help.

I checked for Malware and none was found but I have been blacklisted. How do I sort that?

Wow, it disappeared completely for a moment but then I added the position: relative; and it re-appeared. Whew!

I tried both of those options but it’s still there. A bit of a sticker, it seems.

Oh my gosh, it’s gone in behind in the same position. At least it looks a million times better. I haven’t tried the display: block yet. Should I try that to get rid of it completely, maybe?

Damn, it’s still there. Can you see it? And I took out three lines about the box-shadow. I had more code than in your one.

I’ll try that but maybe it has something to do with position: relative;.
And you sure aren’t dumb because you worked out it is the footer when no one else could. I’ve had a separate question on this issue for a while now and no one could sort it. I will try removing the box-shadow now.

In fact, I went into Firefox and it has a black footer which Explorer doesn’t have. How did you work that out and what do I do? Arrgh!
