Are you referring to eshop here as I thought estore was the theme provided by elegant themes. Ive been advised by elegant themes that I need to move to woocommerce as eshop is no longer supported (I am using the estore theme). I cant get a definitive answer as to whether this is necessary or compatible. If anyone could shine some light on it I would be eternally grateful!

I’m having similar problems.

Under cookie law info, I have created a page called Privacy and Cookie Policy (N.B. I have copied the URL from this page and entered it into the field called ‘Link URL’ – below the link text – read more). I’m unsure what to enter on this page – so I have just entered (cookie_audit).

When i press the read more button (on the homepage) it shows no Results found.

Thanks for your reply. I want to add it to the checkout process so I have followed the link you gave me.

I then went into my site and into plugins and searched for eshop extras but I could not find this plugin. I assume that this is the correct way to install a plugin?

Is this programmable within my website or do I need to go back to my hosting company to deactive this?

A friend started the website for me, hence my trouble in finishing it off! Are there any implication from deactivating it? Does it affect security?

I have deactivated all pluggin and run another test transaction, it has still failed to update to Active. There is an eshop magic log that you can download but I have no idea how to interpret it. Would you mind taking a look for me.
