Thank you very much for your reply and yes I am interested in that code, as this is the requirement not included as by default in WC, and many many people are looking for some solution.

Front end works like, user can register and create account and from account user can post an article which is created as post.

To create article it uses plugin Snax – https://snax.bringthepixel.com/

then using this plugin email is shoot and it is shoot twice.

not a plugin conflict, i checked by disabling all other plugins, still error
