In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast in conflict on websiteHi Many thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
A. I have looked for any emails relating to this issue but cannot find anything – I don’t recall actually receiving anything even though the message said that I should have.
B. I will request a check of the server error log – we have moved platform at the hosting service, so this may complicate things.
C. This will take a few days to do as I have to do some testing before I can update some of the plugins but I will do this as soon as I can. Obviously I will then need to reactivate Yoast which may lead to an issue on the website for which I will need my hosting support, so I need to be quite careful.
I would be grateful if you could keep this support ticket open.
Many thanks

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast in conflict on websiteSorry – correction, we are on V5.5.2 of WordPress – all up to date.
Hi Chris
Sorry I thought I had replied yesterday but it doesn’t look like I have – the website is https://www.visitpewseyvale.co.uk.Susie
Hi – I haven’t heard back from you on this issue. Even odder is that since 24th February it is picking up the right data for the correct website but all data prior to that remains the wrong website data.
Should I uninstall and reinstall the plugin?
I’d be grateful for a response.
ThanksHi – It was because I had linked to the incorrect Google Analytics account. All the historic data is under a different Google Analytics log in where there are two properties (websites). However, linking to this now gives me a different problem. When I link using this account, it links to the incorrect property. How can I override this to input and link to the correct property? Thanks.

In reply to: [Event Organiser] Exclude past events from wordpress site searchHi Stephen
Thanks for getting back to me.Checking or unchecking this box doesn’t make any difference to the search results.
The search is for anything on the site, not just events, so sounds as though it wouldn’t be a solution anyway.
This seems like quite a basic requirement – do you know when an update may be available?
Many thanks
SusieThe website is https://www.visitpewseyvale.co.uk – I’m sure it didn’t use to do this!
Hi – just also to say that there seems to be additional
in the html that is produced which are creating the spacing problems, but they don’t exist on the visual or text tabs on the actual entry. I saw that someone else had a similar problem a while ago, but I can’t see what the resolution was on their support log. Thanks. SusieHi there – I’ve done both the tests and there is no difference.
I have tested to see whether it is having images in the directory entry text area but that doesn’t make any difference either.
Look forward to hearing from you.
SusieCould you let me know where a business directory listing gets its formatting from please? I have listings that have images with text and they all have adopted double line spacing for some reason. ‘Normal’ posts aren’t affected. See https://www.visitpewseyvale.co.uk/business-directory-2/woodborough-nursery-garden-centre-2/ as an example of the extra spacing and https://www.visitpewseyvale.co.uk/new-year-resolutions/ as an example of a ‘normal’ post with a similar layout which isn’t affected. Any assistance in sorting this out would be very much appreciated. The more I try and correct it, the worse it gets.
I also have this problem – v4.3.2 Virtue theme. Would be interested if you have any answers, but will try the conflict checking when I have time. Directory listings are looking pretty awful at the moment!
Thank you so much – I don’t know how I missed it given the amount of time I spent on this! Sorry to be so thick.
