Unzip and upload plugin folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory OR Go to wp-admin > plugins > Add new Plugin & Upload plugin zip.
Go to wp-admin > Plugins(left menu) > Activate the plugin

by ftp downaload wp-config.php file

then delete all the files
open wp-config.php file and find database name used in wordpress installtion and then delete the database and also find database user from this file and then remove user

that all to un install wordpress

please note their are two sites 1 is your static and other one is you wordpress site

and here we need to set wordpress site and thus we need to give details about the wordpress site .

when some one visit wordpress site you may keep HOME link in menu here you can set your static site link. some people keep logo link to the home page then again you can link to your static page

I think you see source code of the web pages and check which file are not loading and then check why the file is not loading
