Is there any way to remove the site title and tagline without removing the text? The checkbox for “show site title & tagline” isn’t functioning correctly. And, yes, thank you for the great looking theme.

that’s where i went and i’m discussing it with ipower. will look for the error log there but when I get to it, what then?

ok, i’m at the server’s sql and I see two databases now since i updated to the wp4.5-assuming that. anyway, i’ll get further help from my server but leave this topic open just in case…

where will i find the error logs?

Did the incognito thing and cleared the cached while there and can now see my website but I can’t get into wp-admin on the site.

Okay so go incognito and THEN clear the cache while there?

I tried the clearing and don’t know how to open an incognito session. Do I do that through Google? Okay. Did it and it worked. How can I switch back from incognito and have it work?

I’m not getting that? Whaddup buttercup? Should I just delete my cache and see if it clears?

It’s not my website but instead a website provided as a log in host from an outfit in the UK that has since stopped providing service. Authormarketinghub.com is their website but users of their “shell” website format log in at their log in site. Help. -Susan Wingate
