Yah. I don’t know what’s going on with this. It might be because the site is under development – ugh! but I was unable to find that support option on the site. You might want to bring that out just a little more because when I clicked through what I saw it brought me here. but thank you for your speedy reply.
This has been going on for some time now. Please answer this question – What do I have to do to get service with this issue? I paid for premium service and I have received no workable answers. In fact, the one answer I thought had worked DID NOT.
In simpler terms, we are right back where we started. Kim Garst uses this plugin on her site successfully. That’s why I was so excited to use this plugin. However, after paying for it, it has been unusable.
I’ve contacted you first through a help ticket on your site, got a very strange answer then … nothing for days. Then through www.remarpro.com, and was told to have WPEngine turn off some kind of “bot” which they did. But it still does not work – not for Facebook nor for any other platform but Pinterest. Then, five days ago I finally heard back from via email through the original help ticket which I immediately replied to giving you details of the status and then yet again …nothing!
What is really going on dude? What do I have to do to get this working on my site? I use a premium theme and a premium hosting service and I paid for premium service from YOU. Nothing should be this difficult.
Follow – up. I spoke too soon. It now works for Facebook but it doesn’t work for the others I listed.
So these social share buttons still do not work correctly.
LinkedIn icon – shares the page image instead of the pop-up image selected in the lightbox
Twitter – doesn’t share anything but a little link
Tumblr – shares the page image instead of the pop-up image selected in the lightbox

Yes! That worked. Thank you very much. I am so pleased that it was an easy fix.
I use WPEngine. I will ask them about this. I DID log a ticket but I did not get a helpful response. And, I haven’t heard back …

I didn’t know when I installed this plug in that I would be personally contacted by the creator and asked if I like the product and would there be anything he could do for me. It was a very pleasant surprise to get this high level of technical support from Zia. Without being pushy, he showed me ways to improve my settings and to use the plugin to my greater advantage. I give him 10 stars for customer service. The plug-in is very user-friendly. There are many options for the 1-time price. This has been an excellent experience with this particular WordPress plug-in. Again, I recommend it to every WordPress aficionado.
