i delete this in the file . i think i may have only renamed it as .jpg as above and now the only .png is the fortexe logo.

is there a conflict with this logo:

Is it only from the cpanel what about from the media library files in the wordpress itself?

The actual png i have saved in a separate folder on my desktop adn uploaded it from inside this folder.

I saved it to desktop in a new folder and uploaded it in Cpanel.

same problem. once uploaded do i hvae to change anything . i just uploaded the .png

but the size of the image does it need to be anything.

the one that i deleted i think was 1869 by 425

will try it now…
