in meanwhile the theme support fixed the problems.
Unfortunately i dont know anything more only that here they fixed something:

one correction, also in edge the delete button will not shown at the checkout page, at the cart page at all browsers its visible but i would like to see this also at the checkout page.

I receive a new answer but it seems a bit neither woocommerce nor the plugin developer have an workaround for this.
i wonder why because it seems that in germany, austria and also netherlands (maybe more countries) has different taxes, so i need a solution to fix this events based tax problem

Tax issue we can not customize as it is related to a single woocommerce product.

Currently we are creating a single Woocommerce product hiddenly. if we want to create customization tax based on ticket type then we have to create hidden product for each ticket type that is not easy and it will hazard full system. thats why we recommend to create event based on tax. so that you can setup tax rate base on event type not ticket type.

Thanks for your input, i try to check this, but the tax configurations is a bit difficult to understand.

Furthermore i guess the options which are shown at your links, are not set at the Event/Ticket Plugin:

At the WC tax settings is already the 2 taxes set (standard and reduced)

Ok one question, can i change as you wrote the storefront theme only for the store/shop? and let the theme for the rest of the site with the individual one?

if yes how is it possible ?

I add this, and tried already something similiar. It works not completely fine, makes the col 1 and col 2 more width but the break for the checkot form looks strange afterwards.

Could you have another look?
