Hey, we recently tried WP Rocket Pro and Asset cleanup Pro combination with our site ByteQuite and now our website scores anywhere in between 85 to 95 in google page speed.
Actually you do not have to worry about the settings of both plugins when you purchase them, as they automatically detect each other and pairs with eath other.
And if you are using the free version of asset cleanup then you may need to disable two options:
1. Combine CSS/javascript files which are already taken by WP-rocket.
2. The cache of your website should be solely handled by Wp rocket as it does it in a better way.
