The 404 problem was not fixed with the bg_wrap as sown in my previous post. I have now removed the url(…) altogether by changing line 4702 to
background: #eae9e9 /*url(“‘.WASSUPFOLDER.’/images/bg_wrap.png”) repeat*/;

I have narrowed down which modules of Jetpack 2.0 seem to cause the problem by Deactivating some of the modules that were recently introduced.

When I deactivate the following modules, the “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare testfunction() …” no longer appears:
Publicize, Jetpack Comments, Sharing, Enhanced Distribution

I hope this helps your developers to resolve the problem.

I upgraded plugin PDO-for-Wordpress to version 2.7.0. All error messages have disappeared and the site is working flawlessly.
Thanks to developer Justin Adi for the plugin that allows the use of SQLite instead of MySQL. It is easy to install and did not require any changes in the rest of the site. I recommend it highly.
