I have the same problem. The redirects work well but the 404s do NOT show up, neither in 404s tab nor in the logs tab.
Any idea how to fix that? Thats an important function to quickly identify 404 sources and apply a redirect.
Quick summary:
Logs: showing only existing redirections (so all the 301 I set up are shown there as soon as hit)
Redirections: The Hit counter for each redirection rule is working
404s: Does not show a single entry. I tried manual causing a 404 and I also used another page and placed a non existing page link to my site. As said both events are not showing in the Log.Any quick help appreciated
Yes exactly that one, I left my 2/5 rating already. But I also assume no one from them will ever read it ;-(
I think we can wait here forever for a solution. Looks like the developers don’t care and only touch topics which they can easy resolve. I have no clue. It’s just funny that I received a mail from them asking to rate the plug and service. I think I’m going to rate now to express my frustration about the zero communication from their side.
Sam Raj connect via FTP and delete the aftership plugin folder. Then clear cache reinstall the plugin and test again.
Ok, just figured out it’s working, it’s seem to be a bug with the layout. If you carefully move your mouse over the grey line under “Carrier:” you will see that you can click there and the drop down opens. I don’t know what causes it, maybe my theme template.
Anyway, at least you can use it. Just click the small line.

yep same, downgraded to 1.3.1 but still empty.
Any update yet on the empty carrier list ? Looks like it’s loading the list, can’t find anything and then the drop down for the carriers disappear.
Thats exactly what I already reported with a work around, but no replies. So either everyone is using the default text or just a few people verify the functions before going live ??
