Please be informed that when you add a customization to the plugin’s files – those will be lost during every plugin update, so you need to transfer all your changes to the child theme.

Thank you for reaching out! We have tried to recreate this problem in our testing environment but with no luck. We assume that this kind of problem might be caused by several reasons:

1. Caching plugins: please make sure that bundle.css and bundle.js files are excluded from minification and caching processes

2. Conflict with one of the plugins or with the theme activated on the website.

3. If the page is created with Elementor or WP Bakery page builders and none of the calculators is not chosen to be displayed on the page https://prnt.sc/111gjb3

4. There is an error in the total calculation formula, for example missing arithmetic operators.
