    Hi there,

Thanks for getting in touch! It’s smart to test things beforehand, and I’m happy to help clarify this for you.

Just to clarify, elements in your campaign that are unique to each recipient — such as the discount code, personalized links, and contact names — won’t be dynamically generated in Test Emails or in the Preview mode of the campaign editor. Instead, you’ll see a placeholder (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) in place of the actual discount code.

To see exactly how your campaign will look with the unique discount code, I recommend sending a real campaign to yourself. This will generate the actual code and show you how it appears in your recipient’s inbox.

If you need step-by-step guidance, feel free to reach out to our support team via in-app chat or at [email protected] — we’d be happy to assist!

    Hi there,

Thank you for your suggestion regarding the placement of the subscribe checkbox on the payment page. Currently, our plugin does not support manual adjustments for the position of the subscribe checkbox within the checkout layout. I’ll ensure your feedback is communicated to our product improvement team for consideration in future updates.

For those using WooCommerce version 8.3 or higher, we recommend exploring the checkout blocks feature. This offers a more flexible design, allowing you to adjust the position of elements like the subscribe checkbox for a better user experience. You can learn more about it here.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have additional suggestions!

Thank you for your patience @mvrban !

The main challenge is that regardless of whether cookies are accepted or not, Complianz blocks our scripts, which prevents our forms from showing up as expected.

Regarding GDPR compliance, the only cookie that is not compliant if applied without consent is omnisendContactID, which identifies the contact and enables the recording of their page visits on the website. This cookie is added when an Omnisend form is submitted or a link is clicked from an Omnisend email.

Here are a couple of solutions we can suggest:

    1. Use a different cookie management software to allow better integration with Omnisend’s forms.

    2. Add a disclaimer in Omnisend forms and emails informing users that their page visits will be tracked if they click on the emails or submit the forms. You may also want to include a note about the cookies used and/or describe them in your Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy. You can refer to the following article for guidance on how to describe cookies: Explaining and Managing Tracking Cookies.

To clarify, the soundestID, omnisendSessionID, and page-views cookies are purely functional and cannot be used to identify the customer. Both the soundestID and omnisendSessionID cookies serve as session cookies, which are GDPR-compliant. The page-views cookie tracks how many pages were visited during a session, which helps trigger forms after a set number of page visits. Since these cookies are functional, consent is not required for their use.

We hope this clarifies any concerns you may have. If you need further assistance, feel free to let us know! We are always here for you!

Thanks so much for your response and for sharing more details with us!

This is an important topic, and we want to make sure everything is handled correctly. We’ll reach out to the relevant team to get the best advice on managing cookies and ensuring compliance, while also addressing the concerns you’ve raised about the welcome popup form.

We’ll get back to you as soon as we have the most accurate info. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hi there @mvrban, thanks for bringing this up and sharing the details of your setup!

You can adjust the settings directly in the Complianz app to ensure compatibility while continuing to use Omnisend. Please see the screenshot below for instructions on how to make this change.

To address your concern: The cookies used for our forms are classified as essential, not marketing. This is because they are necessary for the proper functioning of the integration, ensuring your forms work as intended.

We hope this clears up your concerns! If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to let us know—we’re happy to help!

    Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this up and sharing your thoughts with us! We truly appreciate feedback like this, as it helps us better understand the needs of our users and plan improvements accordingly. ??

I’ll make sure to bring your suggestion to the attention of our Product Team, so they can explore the possibility of adding hooks for custom properties and custom tags. However, before moving forward, it would be great to get a better understanding of your use case. Could you share a bit more detail about how you’d use these custom properties or tags and the specific scenarios you have in mind? This will allow us to better assess the scope and align any potential updates with your needs.

    Looking forward to your thoughts!
