Hi @yanaii, we’re closing this ticket since we haven’t heard from you again in a while. Please let us know if you still have any issues after installing the hotfix.
Hi @yanaii, could you please try this hotfix and see if t resolves the issue?
Hi @eftcolumbus,
Thanks for getting back to us.
In theory, you can add your own meta to the manual backend orders. However, it won’t actually re-assign the product, so the commission will still be given to the vendor it’s currently assigned to.
Please see the attached images below for your reference:
We’ll need to develop a proper feature to assign products to a different vendor on the manual orders on the fly. I have raised this feature request with our development team for review.
In the meantime, you’ll need to re-assign the product via the product editor before adding them via manual backend order. You can also make the product private so customers won’t be able to access it directly.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions.
Hi @eftcolumbus,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
At the moment, you can assign a product to one vendor only as seen in the image below.
I have raised this as a feature request with our development team to let the admin assign a product to multiple vendors. I’m not able to give an ETA if and when it can be implemented. We’ll keep you in the loop for updates.
In the meantime, I’d recommend duplicating the product in bulk via CSV and assigning it to each vendor in the “Vendor ID” field. Please check this documentation for more details: https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-importer-exporter/.
Thank you for your understanding. Feel free to contact us again if you have other questions.

Hi @mktecknok,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
We’d love to help you, but unfortunately we aren’t allowed to answer questions about our premium plugins in this forum. Can you please reach out to us via our contact page here?
Hi @webrightnow,
I hope everything is going well with you.
We’ll close this ticket for now as we haven’t heard from you in a while. If you still have any problems, please don’t hesitate to contact us again.
Hi @ninesola.
I’m sorry to hear about that, it shouldn’t have happened.
We are not able to replicate the issue in our testing environment. Can you please check if there’s a conflicting plugin or theme by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and our WC Vendors Marketplace plugin and switching your theme to WordPress’ standard Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
If the issue goes away, please re-enable the theme and check again (this will eliminate the theme). If it’s the issue is still not there, start re-enabling plugins one by one, checking in between each one, to see if the issue reappears. This should lead you to the culprit plugin.
If the issue still persists even after basic debugging, please let me know so I can assist you further!
Hi @subrisi,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m glad to hear that you enjoy our plugin!
Please note that WC Vendors lets you give commissions to vendors for every product sold by themselves. For example, if the product is sold for $100 with a 90% commission to vendors, they get $90, and you get $10.
It’s different from the affiliate system, where the commission is given to people who refer your products to customers through affiliate links.
If you wish to restrict which product categories can be used, I’d recommend creating and managing your vendors’ products. You can also prevent them from creating and editing their own by disabling “Submit Products” and “Edit Live Products” at WP Dashboard > WC Vendors > Settings > Capabilities > General.
I’m afraid we don’t have a feature to restrict which customers can buy the products. I’ll raise this as a feature request to our development team to review.
Hope this helps!
Thanks @tepas95,
I’m glad that it’s sorted out now. Feel free to contact us again if you need further assistance!
Cheers,
Hi @disura,
Thanks for the response.
At the moment we only support classic cart and checkout which you can add via Gutenberg editor as seen below:

Hi @webrightnow,
Thanks for contacting us.
I’m sorry about that, it shouldn’t have happened.
May I know if this issue still happens after updating the plugin to version 2.5.3?
If so, can you please try clearing the cache on your website and browser? I would also suggest doing basic debugging, by disabling your other plugins except for WooCommerce and our WC Vendors Marketplace plugin and switching your theme to WordPress’ standard Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
If the issue goes away, please re-enable the theme and check again (this will eliminate the theme). If it’s the issue is still not there, start re-enabling plugins one by one, checking in between each one, to see if the issue reappears. This should lead you to the culprit plugin.
