Regarding CSS control, we are giving appearance setting in next version by which users can control colours of most items.

No problem Ben, thank you for letting us know about the translation. We will definitely find better translator for French or you can also contribute again in this project too. In exchange there is offer going on to access all premium add-ons for lifetime.
We are not native French speeker, so it is bad idea for us to translate it ourselves or make use of other translations for this project.

Regarding translation, yes it is available in the plugin itself but not on translate.www.remarpro.com for now. We soon will upload it there but it is not in our hand to accept strings there.
Also, regarding quality of translation, we are relying on contributors for the translations, you can suggest mistakes or you can also contribute to our translation portal. Hi there,
Please verify below steps for troubleshooting the issue with emails on your WordPress site:
- You have entered From Name & From Email in email notification settings of the plugin.
- You have installed any SMTP plugin to send emails from website. Please note, if you have not installed SMTP plugin to send emails, mail() function does not guaranty you to deliver emails. There are many popular free SMTP plugins available on www.remarpro.com.
- Test email in SMTP plugin send email correctly.
If above steps do not fix the issue with emails, please contact your host provider and email service provider to check why emails not getting sent from your website. It has no relation with SupportCandy as we are using wordpress email send functionality to send emails from the tickets.
Can I have the registration stay on the same page and not be redirected to my back-end login page?
This is not available until now but we already have this in our development queue. You may see this in 3-4 versions in couple of months.
