Thank you very much for your detailed review. It gives us motivation to work harder to make it more useful and powerful.
Regarding CSS, you correctly point out about bootstrap but thing is, conflicts vary theme to theme for bootstrap based themes. What we are doing to make it work is that whenever there is report of the theme, we provide conflict resolution in product for that theme and so on. Can you also please share name of the theme and your CSS code which fixed on your site? So that it will get fixed for future users of the theme.
For non-bootstrap based themes there are hardly any css conflicts.

Sorry for delay in reply here.
It is not possible in SupportCandy login module but you can use any custom login page which has this feature. Simply need to set this in SupportCandy general setting about login module page, it will redirect user to your login module for sign in.

You can use login form of your choice. Check out general settings from where you can choose page where your login page is for user to login.

We can see that it was mid-night for us when your replies came to system. Support agents provided help as soon as they come to office next day.

Thank you for your feedback. We are trying hard to provide best support to the users but there is always room for improvement. I agree that you should receive update in reasonable time frame even if there is no progress in the ticket. We will make sure this won’t happen again with anyone unless there is no large volume of tickets to reply.
For our Quality Department, if you can share your ticket number would be helpful for us to check where we did wrong so that we can improve in that area.

Responsiveness is handled via JavaScript. If your page is having runtime JS errors, it will not work. Please check your support page console for runtime JS error in your browser.
If you found some JS runtime errors, try to check where they are coming from, if it is from SupportCandy, please create ticket on our website and if it is coming from some other plugin or your theme, please contact relevant developers.
If there is not such errors, please create ticket on our website, one of our support agent will help you.

This setting is now available. Please make sure you have latest version installed and then check Open Ticket Widget setting in setting section of the plugin.

This issue was fixed in last version 1.0.8. Please update to it, clear your site cache & browser cache. Now check the page whether it is working or not.

We have found the issue with few page builders and will be fixed in next version within couple of days.
Can you please let us know are you using a page builder and if yes, which one you use so that we can check compatibility.
