There is no code available in the plugin related to this. Auto-update and update is WordPress’s job, and we do not interfere with it.@xllentech
This is now fixed in version 3.0.1.Great news! Thankfully these add-ons do not save any ticket data.
You can log in to the below page and download the latest version of add-ons (v3.0.0 and above) from the File Downloads section.
There is a reason why we do not allow upgrades before updating the add-ons. This is because it requires add-ons to be updated and active to upgrade all the add-on data.
This might not be related to your current issue, but you will surely not see add-on data even after you update them. If you are using old add-ons, that won’t work as well.
I request you to restore the backup of your database, update all the add-ons, and then complete the upgrade process. You can download latest version of the add-ons by login into your account on our website if an update is not showing in the dashboard.
Please create a ticket on our website for further technical support.
I request all the readers of this thread – PLEASE DO NOT DELETE ADD-ONS just to get the upgrade going!

Unfortunately, statuses can not be imported nor tickets from other systems.

User import is not needed in this plugin. You can use any free plugin that imports users from CSV or XML files and then they are allowed to create tickets automatically.

We have a security system enabled for servers that prevent access to our website for blacklisted IP addresses.
You can try using another network or reset your existing network so that you will get a new public IP address and our system will let you in hopfully.Forum: Plugins

Are this plugin is available in Pakistan in premium version?
Our security system was blocking all IP addresses from Pakistan for unknown reasons which have been fixed.

Well yes, it is true that it has been stretched so long. The reason behind this is during the pandemic time, we got some trouble finding time to spend on active development.
Things are back on track nowadays and hopefully, we’ll manage to meet the deadlines.

@ezblue, Thank you for your kind words. We have been working on new version 3.0 since 3-4 months. This will change the perspective about us doing little at a time. This is going to be a surprise to all users with design changes and tons of features. It may take couple of months more to get it live.
Until then, we are keeping our existing version up to date and bug free. That is the reason why new features are not coming more often as expected.
We are not going to reveal the features yet but surely it will surprise you!
