Perfect, thanks for the heads-up
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. You have probably added two include only filters which indeed results in feeds being empty. You can use only one include only filter per configured feed. You can however use multiple exclude filters so perhaps that helps?
Alternatively you can also use this method: https://adtribes.io/how-to-include-only-a-couple-of-products-to-your-product-feed/
Hope this helps?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. I am not entirely sure I understand the issue at hand. However, can you share the following with us so we can have a closer look:
- Your product feed URL
- The plugin debug.log URL. This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi,
The cron hook you shared earlier is checking every hour if a feed needs to be updated so there is no need to forcefully do this check.
On the 15th indeed there were no updates, it is however very hard to say what could have caused that. Perhaps there were issues with your WP-cron?
Hi,
Thanks for sharing this. We checked your debug.log URL and your feed seems to be updating every hour nicely. See: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/k0qwaxj7b5639wa4iepz1/Screenshot-2024-03-19-at-13.47.21.png?rlkey=2yp0fesrey1m49k0h9124ya25&dl=0
So what makes you believe it is not properly updating? Can you provide some product examples that have old data in the feed?
Best
CJ
Hi,
When your content_id in your pixel is a combination of your SKU and WooCommerce product ID than you can change your field mapping for the g:id field to this one: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/rbbewkvsbx2beyu3q6imi/Screenshot-2024-03-19-at-10.43.45.png?rlkey=a3hb6xxvrfv9aaj0e3ob2hsa2&dl=0
Hope this helps?
“Any idea how to remove 16148 from the feed?” –> I am not entirely sure, I haven’t seen a full screenshot of how all those variations of that variable product have been configured.
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. It is not possible to use the plugin with the shop manager role unfortunately.
“Do you think the products arn’t uploading because the default values don’t match a variation as the RAL colour option is set to any on all the products?” –> yes, exactly. That is why I asked for that screenshot. So you need to make sure that one variation is matching the default settings for all attributes, otherwise the plugin won’t add anything.
- According to your debug.log it was enabled. So just to make sure, in your feed configuration this checkbox need to be “off / disabled”: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/4l9x1joa8ye0vqhyvrpa9/Screenshot-2024-03-17-at-20.10.53.png?rlkey=vpsk68k64e5nj0uvr1x995kl3&dl=0
- Can you share a screenhot on how this page looks for that variable product? https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/6i48n322k015ynfxnpd0x/Screenshot-2024-03-17-at-20.14.23.png?rlkey=q2fi6flp4oq4q8jjqal65io0k&dl=0
Hi,
Thanks for this.
- You have enabled this plugin setting: https://adtribes.io/update-product-feed-products-changed-new-ones-added/. Try disabling this option.
- Can you give me an example of a product ID of a variable product for which there are multiple product variations in your feed? I checked your feed and cannot seem to find any?
- Product ID indeed doesn’t have a GTIN in your feed. I don’t think Google has disapproved this products but just given you a (yellow) notification that it suggests you add a GTIN for it to your feed, correct? In that case Google suspects there is a GTIN available in the market for this product and it would like you to add it to your feed.
Hope this helps?

Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Can you share the following with us:
- The product feed URL it concerns
- The plugin debug.log URL so we can check how your feed is configured and if it indeed doesn’t update every hour? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
- Also, did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of the last couple of days to see if there are logs in there that might explain why your feed might not update every hour?
Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. In order to have a closer look, please share the following with us:
- The product feed URL it concerns
- The plugin debug.log URL so we can see how you configured your feed and if it is still updating. This is how you can retrieve it: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
- The product ID for which you get the GTIN warning
Did you disable your WP-cron?
