I have realised that there is something blocking the Javascript and CSS. This happened with a different plugin and they gave me code to add to Functions.php to sort the situation.

Is there anything you can offer for this?

There are a few issues I have…

First being that every question I have asked, as soon as you post a reply, you mark as resolved even though the matter is not resolved…

secondly, should it not be up to the store owner whether registration is required to use the code? This in essence means that the customer can use the code every time they come to my website and get discount off of every purchase.

– It is supposed to be an introductory offer – not a continuous offer.

Also the discount code, the person offering the referral can copy and paste their own code and get a discount from it so in essence no one would ever need to pay full price for products as they can constantly give themselves discounts.

the other option is to stop using that feature. but then it takes away from what makes the plugin unique.

In honesty. the plugin has great features can be a great tool but the implementation requires improvement. Shop owners working on such small margins like myself need exposure which this plugin can help with.
But what we cannot cope with is no one having to ever pay full price, as i would be operating at a loss

I was under the impression that the referral code offered an introductory one time discount on their first purchase upon registration. That is the way every other website I have known works who offer a similar scheme.

I have tried and entered the code.

The code works for anyone, including unregistered users.

Is there anyway of limiting this to allow only users that register to use the coupon?

if not there is then nothing to prevent someone getting a discount using that coupon every time they visit the site?

@akashmalik, how do I check that this feature is active?

would they enter it where they would enter any other coupon code from other plugins? or is there a coupon box specific to this plugin?

This is the one feature which would cause me to revert back to my previous rewards plugin

@pmciano I have been checking the github page but there has been no replies. Has there been any advances that you know of?

@wpmudev-support8 I have checked and it is the Google tag. If i pout a goole tag in this box, regardless of what I put, it shows at the top of the website.

Is there anything I can do to prevent this? other than deactivate the plugin?

even when I delete the tag and save it seem to automatically repopulate the details from Yoast.

@wpmudev-support8 thank you for getting back to me. Can I check, Is it ok to use this plugin along with Yoast?

Is there any advantages of using this instead to Yoast?

I have done some checks and the thing that seems to be causing Fast Velocity Minift to perform better in the Pingdome, GTMetrix and Pagespeed tests is that

I use the Disable Cart Fragments plugin from LittleBizzy. I thought there may have been an issue with the Disable Cart Fragments plugin as it was still showing cart fragments on the Pingdom test. Not what I am using Fast Velocity Minify, the cart fragments are not showing which suggests that it was something to do with HummingBirds asset Optimization.

Sorry If this should be a separate question, I could start a new question if preferred?

@vanyukov Thank you for your help. I have deactivated Asset Optimization and it has solved the problem.

I have reactivated Fast Velocity Minify which seems to do the same job as asset Optimization?

Infact, My scores on Pingdom, GT Metrix and google Pagespeed have actually improved.

I would rather keep using Hummingbird as it keeps everything within the one plugin, is there something I can do to make Hummingbird match Fast Velocity Minify? dont get me wrong, there is not a massive difference but enough for someone who is looking to boost his websites SEO Performance.

@vanyukov thank you for your reply. problem is that I am trying to use the chat plugin on all pages. so that, regardless of the page, customers can contact me.

I have used other chat plugins and not had this problem, however, functionality was very limited and required the premium version. This chat Plugin has excellent functionality but does not work along with your cache facility.

Is there anything else I can try?

I still want the zoom to work, I would just like the onclick function disabled.

I have disabled the lightbox on my website as did not like that either. I would like it to be purely image zoom with nothing else ??

I posted the direct link to this product as I have had to reactivate lazyload to show you and in the category page, I am using a different infinite load plugin which allows me to remove the page number from the url but with lazy load the product, that load through the infinite scroll plugin, images do not load, however I know this is a problem with the infinite scroll plugin and not jetpack ??
