In reply to: [Super Web Share - Native Social Sharing Button] Shortcode InstructionsHi @db2020jc
Thanks for reaching out to us and using the Super Web Share plugin. I forgot to renew the hosting as it was a busy week for me; that’s why the website was not accessible to you. Now I just renewed the hosting, and the site is live. So can you please check the documentation on how to use shortcodes on SuperWebShare.
Please let us know if you have noticed any issues with using shortcodes.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Lee,
As it’s related to the Facebook page and not about our plugin. We recommend to open a ticket within the Facebook Help Center, as they would be possible to check this further to help you.
This forum is for a plugin which is used on WordPress and not related to Facebook or any social medias.
Wishing you a great day ahead and hope the Facebook Help Center team will help to sort it out.

In reply to: [Super Web Share - Native Social Sharing Button] Problems with edited postsHi again @tdesign11 ,
Thanks for sharing the plugin link. I used the plugin you mentioned above, but I was not able to replicate the issue which you pointed out after using it for about 1-2 hours with various options on it. So could you please drop a mail to support [at] superwebshare.com to help us to get more information on how to replicate this further and to find out the solution for all the posts to turn to enable?
Looking forward.

In reply to: [Super Web Share - Native Social Sharing Button] Problems with edited postsThanks again for sharing the information.
I tried to replicate this at our end by bulk editing by changing the category via the default WP options, but I was not able to replicate the issue you have noticed at my end.
I think the plugin which you have used to bulk edit the image or category caused some issues with our plugin and saved null data to the field _superwebshare_post_floating_active within each post. For each post, our plugin checks whether the value _superwebshare_post_floating_active is enable (if its available) or not. If the value is enable we do show the toggle as ON.
We didn’t have any way to bulk edit the metabox settings to turn ON or OFF, as the settings are very minimal, as I mentioned above.
So please do share the step-by-step information to replicate this at our end and the plugin you have used for bulk edit.

In reply to: [Super Web Share - Native Social Sharing Button] Problems with edited postsHi @tdesign11
Thanks for using the Super Web Share plugin. I understand that the share button on some pages is not showing as the share settings within the metabox of some posts turned to Off.
First, kindly note that by default, the share button on each post/page metabox is turned ON, and there’s no relation with the option on the Super Web Share > Floating/Inline settings page. This means even if you turn on or turn it off within the main settings page it won’t change the toggle within the post or page metabox.
To make this clear, our plugin checks whether the Floating is enabled or not within the Super Web Share > Floating settings page. If it’s turned ON, our plugin checks whether the content type is selected or not. If it’s selected, then we do check whether the floating within the Super Web Share metabox (within each post/page edit page) is turned ON or not. If it is also set as turned ON, we do output the floating button on the specific page/post.
As we set the metabox values to turn ON within the pages, we didn’t have an option to bulk edit it, as a user needs to turn it OFF manually via each post.
So, could you please let us know whether someone turned OFF the floating button on your website? Or could you please let us know the steps you have performed to replicate this at our end?
Looking forward to hearing from you more on this.
Hi @sudarshankotian ,
Thanks a lot for the kind words and also for taking the time to review our small plugin to support us.
We do support shortcodes from version 2.3. You can also read more about the shortcodes over here.. I believe this will help you to add the share buttons at the position you want to show.
In case, if it’s not working for you, please open a ticket with more information, so that we can take a closer look at it to help you more.
Hi @hsipani,
A quick update for you! We have already rolled out the Super Web Share v2.3 some hours back which fixes the issue you have mentioned. We hope you will update our plugin to the latest version to find out the floating native share button within the Product page. You can read our changelog here.
If the issue persists, kindly please let us know.
Hi @hsipani,
Thanks for trying out our Super Web Share plugin. Can you please check and confirm whether the inline share button is showing within product pages or not? The floating wont show right now due to small change, but we have fixed it at our development version.
Regarding shortcode: Yes, the option will be available within the coming version!
Hope you will update whether the inline share button is showing within the product page or not.
