@chadwickhugh same here, only tracked sent, but 0 on open and click, although we have been getting quite a lot of reviews since we have been using this.

Hi, the thing is the link that customer received is this same link with the test form, we have been using this for a while and getting positive reviews which is great, but for customer who wants to leave negative review they couldn’t, and I actually have a customer come back to me and says they can’t leave a negative feedback and they forwarded me the email, hence why I find out the form doesn’t work, can you double check please? I can forward you the email.
