Uninstalled Jetpack completely – uninstalled wordpress.com stats plugin- reinstalled wordpress and then reinstalled the plugin.

Error message after entering my api key:
Error from last API Key attempt:

The owner of that API Key is not on the access list for this blog (3250971). Stats was installed using a different API key. The owner of the original key can add users to the access list, or you can contact WordPress.com support.

Ok- I need some help here- I am trying to re-install my blog using the SQL that I had backed up from my previous blog. I have loaded the database to an empty one on my new server and have all of the info in the database.
I then use my site’s autoinstaller to map a new fresh install of wordpress to my database which has my data in it.
When I go in to manipulate the blog using the admin console it installs it by inserted a duplicate set of database files and not reading the existing ones. What am I doing wrong?

OK- so after trying every trick I could find online and working on setting every php code manually- I am giving up on the old host.
To install to my new host using my old sql databases- what are the steps to map the tables to wordpress with a new installation in a new place?

I know to do these things:
Set the database settings in the wp-config.php file
    What else?
Remember- I don’t have the xml export file to do the mapping. Looking for help here!
