Hi @davidreca ,
Please confirm that you do have any rules and filters. Also, ensure that you have the variation option enabled: https://prnt.sc/xOtyfo9L7G4A
If still failing, run a basic debug(only Wooocommerce, product feed & storefront running). Send in your debug log as well: https://adtribes.io/knowledge-base/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
Hi @gorabd ,
There’s currently no official integrations for this but there’s a request for this so I’ll add a +1 in favor of it being developed but please keep in mind that there’s no ETAs for this.
Hi @gorabd ,
From what I know we do not have a format that ends with &ref=store; It usually depends on what you’ve set here the link will look something like: https://adtribe-free.local/product/sunglasses/?utm_source=Google Shopping&utm_campaign=zxcv&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=20
See: https://prnt.sc/GO99pk_UQMu5
Are you using a 3rd party plugin or filter/custom field?
Hi @ngthanhdo ,
You can try using the featured image option.
Hi @davidmondok ,
Our plugin shouldn’t do that, it could be one of the following:
1 – One of your 3rd party plugins are conflicting
2 – Your server is renaming the feeds or files
For starters run a basic debug to check for any conflicts; IE- disable all plugins except Woocommerce and Product Feed and have storefront theme. From there, refresh the feed or create a new feed and see if the naming conventions are fixed.
Hi @davidreca ,
Please try doing a manual refresh and view the feed via incognito. If that don’t work try creating a new feed or duplicate the feed and refresh.
I can’t say for certain as this is case-by-case; we are looking into it but usually when the shipping values are missing it means that it’s related to the shipping zones/shipping class of the product.
Adding the expected values usually solve things.
Hi @kolbenka ,
This issue’s been raised a fix for this will be released on the next version. In the meantime please try this hotfix version: https://we.tl/t-HDsr2QcBhU
Make sure to have a backup ready in case it fails.
Hi @apeteri ,
I can’t say for certain on that part but it could work. In my case simply changing the meta_keys adt_file_name & adt_legacy_project_hash allows you to rename the feed.
You could also reach out to your hosting provider’s support team if anything can be done with their database naming convention.
Try creating a shipping class for those products and map accordingly through Woocommerce and our feed. At times our plugin will not be able to pull the appropriate data without a shipping class setup
Hi @osositno ,
Thanks for the plugin link. I’ve raised this integration request with our developers but please keep in mind that there are no ETAs on this. Integrations mostly depend on
- How popularly it’s requested
- Our developer’s schedule.
Hi @louisapple ,
Can you please confirm that you have set the shipping class of the product and the prices for said class in your shipping zone?
Also, please target specific countries in the zone and try setting up your non-shipping zone, refresh the feed and view the feed via incognito.
Hi @peppas ,
Have you tried visiting the XML via incognito? At times changes won’t be shown when visiting as the browser is serving old content.
If that doesn’t work then try basic debug where only Woocommerce, Product Feed and Storefrong theme running to check that there aren’t any conflicts.
Hi @valekichia ,
Yes, please downgrade to 8.1 and the deprecated error should be resolved
Hi @saskosale ,
You could try using the rules and filters and target the product types target the simple products and then set it to include. From this only simple products will be added to your feed.
