Hi, I have a similar issue.
the email preview is perfect, but the email that comes in a real order is different (more or less the same of the original Woocommerce.
And another problem is that on the right side, using the plugin, I don’t get the email preview but the site page (please look a t images).
Could you please help me, thanks a lot.

PS I’m using 6.5.2 WP version

Ho lo stesso problema. Stesso errore, stessa linea di davidepichler
Nel mio caso manda in crash l’intero sito.
Il plugin era stato messo in rinnovo automatico.
Appena è partito l’auto-update, il sito è andato fuori uso.
Molto grave, anche perché si tratta solo di un plugin per il sistema di pagamento e non di un plugin di sistema Che possa crasher un sito è preoccupante. Ovviamente se il problema si risolve non mentterò più il plugin in auto-update Grazie per l’attenzione

I have the same problem. Same error, same line from davidepichler In my case it crashes the entire site. The plugin had been put on automatic renewal. As soon as the auto-update started, the site went down. Very serious, also because it is only a plugin for the payment system and not a system plugin. The fact that it can crash a site is worrying. Obviously if the problem is solved I will no longer auto-update the plugin. Thanks for your attention.

if I create the form in MailUp console I can show the form in a WP page or when people subscribe they will be send to Mailup site to fill-in the form (out of my site?). Thanks

I get the point of tier subscription.
And now when I edit a single member I can move it from one to another subscription level.
But there’s an issue about that. For example I have a ‘Subscription A 2021’ and a ‘Subscription A 2022’. The first one expires on 01/01/2021 the second expires on 01/01/2022. So I can change subscription of a single member form ‘A 2021’ and ‘A 2022’. But in my experience when I change the subscription plan the fixed period date doesn’t change with the plan (so the plugin does’t take the expiring date from the activated new subsciption plan).

Now what I would like to have, is a way to use fixed period subscription plan and when it expires (for example on 01/01/2021), if the member pay me to upgrade at the end of 2021, I can go under Members and change his plan with a tier one that expires on 01/01/2022. It seems logic to me that this can be a standard behaviour of the plugin.

How to get it?

I use a lot of plugin:
Yoast
simple SSL
PMS
All in one migration
Widget options

But no one with the same functionalities of Contactform 7.
Infact it was my first idea about a conflict but i think not.
About the theme, I gave a look into its .po and .mo file but it’s ok about italian translation.

And anyway it’s strange to me that Conditional Fields plugin has not the same problem of translation to italian.

for the moment, adding a shortcode (that I found on o blog) in function.php I’m able to get name+surname, but not the username.

If can be useful for someone, it is this:

Using the same way, is it possible to get the username too?

I tried adding:

case ‘username’:
return $subscription_plan->username;
break;

and then to call it in the post with [pms-subscription-info key=”username”]

But it doesn’t work. And I think that the issue is about $subscription_plan that I have to change to something else..
