thank you. is this an error that shows every time you open a supplier profile?

when does this exactly happen? have the products already been associated with the supplier? When you click on the button “New Purchase Order”, does the new page open with all the supplier associated products at which you can choose quantities and prices? Does the error come when you then click “create purchase order”?

yes. we are using it right now with WP6.1.1 and woocommerce 7.3.0

Please try remove and add the product again under the “manage associated products” section on the supplier page. sometimes when images of a product have been changed after they have already been added to a supplier, it might retain the wrong image url which in turn is used on the POs and as well for the thumbnails in the system. Another option can be that the url of the image contains special characters that are being differently url-de/encoded. Please try to use only letters, numbers and dashes in file-names, better for SEO anyhow :).

Thank you! Currently the stock quantity is handled independently indeed. The reason is that one PO can receive several deliveries for now which complicates a bit the process of when to apply this. We definitely keep this as an update in mind.

What is the exact server error and at which stage are you getting it? feel free to email at [email protected]

I think it’s because now the catalogue from facebook syncs anyways with your instagram if you have connected the 2 profiles for the same business. Before that wasn’t the case.

update: todays update of woocommerce to 4.6.0 didn’t solve the problem either.
