If your contact forms have stopped working after this new update. Kindly follow these steps to recover old working form.
Step 1: Click this link and scroll to the bottom and check the tab (Previous Versions) and choose the older version of contact form 7. I have downloaded version 5.0.5 and it has worked okay.

Step 2: Delete the updated version of contact form 7 on your website plugin directory and replace it with the older version you have just downloaded.
Check your contact forms again removing all cookies and old files. I hope it will work for you.
