In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Only certain events imported from .icsHi @cmolyn,
If you skip recurrence rules, and consequently skip repeat events, you will drastically reduce events and memory usage, which can lead to completing the sync process. You miss out on recurring events, however.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Only certain events imported from .icsHI @cmolyn,
And to update all others in this thread,
Our Dev Team is working on an update for the plugin that will optimize memory usage in PHP 7.1 and PHP 7.2, as there have been other improvements that have been found also. Sorry, there is no ETA for this. We will update the plugin and you should see the changes in the next release once the plugin updates.
Hi @theophilix,
There is no way to specify start and end time, just the start date.
You can do something like this
[ai1ec view=”week” exact_date=”5-10-2016″]

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] php7.2 502 errorHi @smackayht,
Thanks for the report. I have submitted a bug report for our Dev Team to accomodate this issue and it should be fixed for the next release of our plugin (sorry, I don’t have a specific ETA).

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] php7.2 502 errorHi @smackayht,
The latest version of PHP (7.1 and 7.2) uses vast amounts of RAM memory. It causes in most users hosting accounts, the import feeds to hang, and can also cause the error you describe due to lack of available memory.
In WPEngine, this seems to be a common problem with the PHP 7.2 upgrade.
Until they can optimize memory, I suggest downgrading your account to PHP 7.0. This will release enough memory for proper function of the calendar.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Paging calendar by url / with no ajaxHi @blueeclipse,
You can only do so with shortcode. Example: Select a different start date:

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] CacheHi @rubenwijkhuise,
You can check these 2 options under Events > Settings > Advanced > Advanced Settings >
[] Use Frontend rendering
[] Link CSS in <head> section when file cache is unavailable.Uncheck the option >
[] Use advanced JS cache
You can also delete the contents of the cache folder manually:
../wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/cache/
Chmod the permissions of the above folder to 444 to prevent futher caching if the folder continues to increase in size.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cache File IssueHi @gregf,
This error has to do with the timezone DB version on your server.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Google Search Console warningHi @nosamttimhcs,
The indexing can take time, if crawled, depending on the number of and quality of backlinks and many other factors to your website.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cache File IssueHi @gregf,
I would keep an eye on caching programs and/or security plugins, adjust any settings if necessary to see if it will make a difference. Also, beware of when other plugins update, or when your theme updates (if automatic) to pinpoint at which time the problem occurs.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] dishonest plugin authorHi @joeyissteel,
Your developer is mistaken.
Our calendar allows users to import unlimited events in our Import Feeds section — for free. You do not need to login to use this feature.
To clarify, you can upgrade the number of feeds by purchasing our Eventboost addon — and for this to function, the calendar needs to be logged into the Timely API.
There is no marketing or gather of contact information involved as this would breach our own Privacy policy which you can see linked at the bottom of our website.
Wordpress plugins are not open source software. Open source software means anyone can access the code and develop and release it. Our calendar is proprietary software, and is a free WordPress plugin.
If you have any other questions, we are happy to clarify. I urge you to contact us if you need further clarification, as it is unfair if you continue posting incorrect information.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] dishonest plugin authorHi @joeyissteel,
Are you sure you have the right plugin? The Timely All In One Event calendar plugin doesn’t have any secret coding nor requires free users to pay.
In your calendar settings, you just have to log the calendar into the Timely API, which maintains any addons you may have purchased. If you haven’t purchased or downloaded any free addons, you do not need to login.
There is no forced requirement for contact info and we do not market our calendar plugin to users of the plugin.
By the way, our calendar plugin is not open source software — it is a plugin developed by the Developers and team at Time.ly Network Inc.
Feel free to contact us to clarify any other questions you may have — you can book a call with our Client Success Rep, Kafui, at: https://app.hubspot.com/meetings/kafui

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Cache File IssueHi @gregf,
There is no way to automate this process. But it should not happen on a regular basis. If it is, it would be caused by a conflict. Usually caused by a caching or security plugin.. but could be your WP theme or when it updates.
To test this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen (be sure to save any theme specific settings), or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.
