In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Add Content to Agenda ViewHi @eminjay718,
Unfortunately there is no way or option to add more information to display in the Agenda calendar view as you have described.
Hi @adrienm,
You can click on the Exclude checkbox below the “Repeat” checkbox.
A modal window will appear where you can click and select any date to exclude from your event — they are individual dates that will be exluded. Click Apply and then Update your event.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] How to add map to an event location?Hi @thefriendlancer,
In order for the maps to work, you have to enter your Google Maps API key.
Here’s a guide on how to do this:
https://time.ly/resources/troubleshooting/google-maps-setup-your-api-keyHi @mila513,
I checked your calendar and the export URL file and it looks like the repeat event you mentioned is correctly listed in the file and export link.
I ran a test and exported your calendar to my Google calendar and the repeat event on 10/28/2020 does show up correctly and repeats on 10/29 and 10/30.
There may be a limit to the number of events that Outlooks allows you to import– check your outlook settings for that one.
Hi @frankmanl,
Here are some steps to try, but most likely the last one will work:
– Make sure that your Calendar page is set to the right page in the Settings > Viewing Events tab (no need to use shortcode on a page set as the default in the plugin settings)
– Try turning on/off “Strict compatibility content filtering” in Events -> Settings –> Viewing Events.
– Try turning on/off “Use frontend rendering” in Events -> Settings –> Advanced
– Try resetting Settings > Permalinks to Plain and then back to your custom style
– This particular error is usually a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin).. To test this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen (be sure to save any theme specific settings), or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.Let me know the results.
Hi @great-taste,
Can you tell me if you are still getting these errors? If so, can you send an error log via a support ticket? There should be an error log at the base WordPress installation directory.
You can log into your Timely account and open a ticket by clicking on the Get Help link, or click here: https://dashboard.time.ly/account/get-help.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] calender output data issueHi @veda2v,
Unfortunately, due to javascript limitations, twig variables became depricated in 2014 and since then, documentation regarding twig variables has been removed by the old production team. I’m sorry, I do not have the necessary variables you request.
Please see:
https://time.ly/changing-twig-template-variables/
Alternatively, you can customize the event details page using this method:
https://time.ly/document/user-guide/customize-calendar/customize-event-details-page/
Hi @bash529,
This issue could be a memory or connection glitch where the calendar loses CSS references. To fix it, try this:
Navigate to Events > Theme Options > click the Save Settings button.
Also, navigate to Events > Settings > click the Save Settings button.
This will regenerate your CSS and javascript references.
Let me know how that works. If not, it may be that the caching plugin is in conflict with the plugin’s operation.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Updates DisappearHi @gediweb,
Can you explain what changes were made specifically? It may be a caching issue — if you have any caching plugins — try clearing the cache.
It could be your browser cache too. Can you try clearing your browser cache and try again?
In Google Chrome you can clear your browser cache by pressing [CTRL] + [Shift] + [Delete], then follow the on-screen instructions to clear your cache, or, try a different browser, or an incogneto browser window, then try again.
In case this is a result of a memory or connection glitch where the calendar loses CSS references, try this:
Navigate to Events > Theme Options > click the Save Settings button.
Also, navigate to Events > Settings > click the Save Settings button.
This will regenerate your CSS and javascript references.
Let me know how that works.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Add social sharing to individual events?HI @gediweb,
The All In One calendar plugin is built on the WordPress framework and inherits the features or your existing WordPress Theme. An event page will take on the same features of a WordPress Page as determined by your WordPress theme and 3rd party plugins.
I know that Shareaholic is a great looking plugin and shows the buttons on the event pages. Set them to show up on “Pages” for it to work.
Hi @rhapsody348,
Unfortunately we currently do not have resources available for custom programming requests as you have outlined in Question 1. This would require custom work.
For the settings in question 2, again, sorry, but there is no way to set the default options upon initiating the calendar data. You could potentially set up the default values on one calendar, then copy the database table to your other installations, over writing them. But it may be safer to just manually update the values after installation.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] php7.2 502 errorUnfortunately, without error logs from your end, we can’t know or determine what is causing the errors you guys are still having.
In our testing and other users also, in WP 5.02 and our plugin version 2.5.36, there are no errors and it seems everything works flawlessly.
If you can submit a support ticket with an attached error log file == this will help us try to figure out what else could be causing your errors.
