In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Unable to add eventsHi @denmat,
If you cleared your cache and tested for a conflict and still have the same problem, I suggest a manual reinstall. These instructions will preserve your current events:
– Perform a complete back up of your database before proceeding further
– Delete the file uninstall.php from the plugin directory that is currently on the server (found under /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar). Deleting this file ensures that when you uninstall the current version of the plugin, your event data and calendar settings will be preserved when you delete the plugin (don’t skip this step – it’s important!)
– Deactivate the All-in-One Event Calendar using your WordPress Dashboard.
– Delete the All-in-One Event Calendar using your WordPress Dashboard.
– Database -> wp_options, click option_name to sort and delete everything with ai1ec_, this will delete plugin settings but events will remain in the database.
– Now install the latest version. This may not solve your problem, but it’s worth trying.
If not, then most definitely your problem is incorrect PHP configuration, or, missing PHP extensions (I can’t tell you which ones you need, enable all of them that are possible — your host can do this).

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Unable to add eventsHi @leateds,
When perform the 2 troubleshooting steps, be sure to clear any cache in your WP dashboard.
This issue, especially after performing the steps you have completed, is most likely due to a server configuration. Can you tell me where you are hosted and what version of PHP your host is running?

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event Calendar + Divi = sidebar?Hi @67nj,
The Pro version is our web app calendar, and is not related to the WordPress plugin calendar. It can be remotely hosted and will have no bearing on your page layout in WordPress.
The page management is completely dependant on your WordPress Theme.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Event Calendar + Divi = sidebar?Hi @67nj,
The All In One calendar plugin is built on the WordPress framework and inherits the features or your existing WordPress Theme. An event page will take on the same features of a WordPress Page as determined by your WordPress theme.
The sidebar or blank space is a part of your specific WordPress theme, and there should be a way to disable or turn it off. You can contact your theme’s support staff for instructions, or, you can try switching to a different generic WordPress theme (make a note of any theme specific settings first) to see the difference.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Annoying page on most visited listHi @tompaah,
That is the Subscribe link, which is displayed below your calendar. If other users want to import your calendar into theirs, or their devices, this is the link they would use. It does not come from Timely. Hope that helps.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Calendar navigation with PolylangHi @quixtar,
We recommend you use the Glotpress user-submitted language translation method for our plugin, as we cannot support other 3rd party plugins which may not work properly.
See this guide on how to set it up:

Hi @ximie90,
You can’t hide the + icon for just some items unfortunately. It’s either all of them, or none.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Times displaying incorrectly on front endHi @jhegman,
Very strange. This hasn’t been reported before, but I speculate that this problem could be a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin)..
To test this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen (be sure to save any theme specific settings), or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.
Let me know the results.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Times displaying incorrectly on front endHi @jhegman,
I’m not sure how this issue was created but it should not display a different timezone between the calendar and event pages. I suggest that you navigate to Events > Settings > be sure you have the correct timezone set under Viewing Events tab > Timezone. Then Save Settings to see if it corrects the issue.

In reply to: [Timely All-in-One Events Calendar] Read More buttonHi @jkstratford,
Yes, it is working. It’s going to the event page itself.
Yes, that’s the way it’s supposed to work.
You can modify the event page using this guide:
