  • Hello @zokkoz ,

    Thank you for reaching out. While there isn’t a dedicated integration process for using TranslatePress with Tutor LMS, you can still translate Tutor LMS course pages after installing the TranslatePress plugin.

    If you encounter a 404 error on translated course pages, please try resetting the permalinks by navigating to WP Admin > Settings > Permalinks. Set the permalinks to “Post name” and click “Save Changes.” If “Post name” is already selected, simply click “Save Changes” again. This should resolve the issue.

    If the problem persists, please provide the link to the specific course page where you’re encountering the 404 error, and I will investigate further.

    Your regards,
    Sunjida

    Hello @pavlito ,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    You can redirect to checkout page after clicking add to cart button. To do that you have to add the below code in your theme’s function.php file.

    add_filter('woocommerce_add_to_cart_redirect', 'skip_cart_redirect_to_checkout');

    function skip_cart_redirect_to_checkout($url) {

    $url = wc_get_checkout_url(); // Get WooCommerce checkout URL

    return $url;

    }

    I hope it will solve your requirement as expected. If you encounter any further problems, then let us know.

    Your regards,
    Sunjida

    Hello @easyguykool,

    Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the delay in responding to your query.

    1. You can create a custom course archive or course listing page in Tutor LMS using the shortcode feature available in Elementor. If you wish to include a course filter on this page, you can do so by adding "course_filter=on" to the shortcode. This will enable all the filters available in Tutor LMS. If you prefer to include only the category filter, you can disable all other filter options by navigating to Tutor LMS -> Settings -> Design -> Preferred Course Filters. This will display only the category filter, listing all categories available in Tutor LMS.

      However, please note that it is not currently possible to display only specific categories on this page. The filter will include all categories created in Tutor LMS.
    2. Unfortunately, Tutor LMS does not currently support a feature like a training schedule where students can view a list of dates when a program is offered and enroll on their preferred date. To achieve this functionality, you may need to use a third-party plugin.
    3. You can create a dedicated page to list certification courses following the rules mentioned point number 1. However, please be aware that the course filter will include all categories created in Tutor LMS, not just a specific one.

    Thank you for your understanding. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Your regards,
    Sunjida

    Hello baselahmad,

    You have to use either elementor edited header/footer or tutor starter theme header/footer. You can not use both at a same time.

    If you have any further issues, then let me know.

    Your regards,
    Sunjida

    Hello @baselahmad ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    It appears that after deleting your custom menu, the Tutor Starter menu was not assigned from the wp-admin > Appearance > Menus section as primary. To resolve this, please ensure that the Tutor Starter menu is set as the primary menu under the Menu Settings for it to display correctly on the front end. I have attached a screenshot below:

    However, if the problem persists, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further.

    Hello @chanb0,

    I am sorry to say that you can not fake the number of students who joined.

    You can turn off the total number of enrolled students. Go to Tutor LMS -> Settings -> Design and turn off Total Enrolled option.

    You can turn off ratings from a course page. Go to Tutor LMS -> Settings -> Design and turn off review option.

    If you have any further problem please let me know.

    Your regards,

    Dear @lazal2us,

    To resolve the issue, please modify the code in the video-metabox.php file, which is located at wp-content/plugins/tutor/views/metabox/video-metabox.php.

    On line 21, replace the existing code with the following:
    $videoSource = tutor_utils()->avalue_dot('source', $video, false);

    This change should address the problem you are experiencing. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

    Your regards,

    Dear?@lazal2us,

    Thank you for clarifying the issue. In Tutor LMS, when you select the video player options, the HTML5 option is set as the default.

    If you prefer not to have the HTML5 option selected by default, you can uncheck it on the settings page.

    Alternatively, you will need to manually choose the “Select Video Source” option each time you edit a lesson.

    Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Best Regards,
    Sunjida Binta Al Beruni

    Hello @jackoneill,

    I apologize for any misunderstanding.

    Currently, the auto-redirect to the course and automatic course enrollment functionalities in Tutor LMS only work with WooCommerce. However, we plan to add these features for EDD and PMPRO in the future.

    In the meantime, if you are facing an issue where the course is not accessible after completing the payment, please select the orders and tap “Mark Complete.” I have attached the screenshot as a reference. You can check that as well.

    Hello @jackoneill,

    I apologize for the steps provided earlier not resolving the issue.

    Could you please provide a screenshot of the EDD > Settings page? so that I can give you further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello @jackoneill,

    Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue you’re experiencing with Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) and Tutor LMS.

    Here are some possible causes of the issue:

    1. Integration Issue: There might be a problem with the integration between EDD and Tutor LMS.
    2. Settings Misconfiguration: The settings in either EDD or Tutor LMS might not be correctly configured to handle course enrollment upon purchase.
    3. User Role Assignment: The purchased course might not be assigning the correct role or permissions to the user.

    To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Configure EDD Payment Settings:

      • Navigate to?EDD > Downloads > Settings > Payments?and ensure that the payment status is set to “Complete” upon successful payment. Payments marked as “pending” or “processing” can prevent automatic enrollment.

      2. Tutor LMS Enrollment Settings:

        • Go to?Tutor LMS > Settings > Course?and ensure that the “Auto redirect to courses” option is enabled.
        • Check?Tutor LMS > Settings > Monetization?to ensure that the EDD integration is properly configured.

        3. User Role and Capabilities:

          • Ensure that new users are assigned the correct role with access to the purchased course. This can be checked under?Users > Roles.

          If the issue persists, please consult the documentation for both EDD and Tutor LMS for specific integration guidelines. Here is the documentation link for EDD: EDD Documentation.

          Hello Slavek,

          Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue of receiving a warning about the content value being null.

          This warning appears to be related to your active theme. The code in question, located in the?template-part.php?file, is part of the active theme. If the theme provides the template part, it will retrieve the content value.

          You can modify line 73 of the code as follows:
          $content = isset($block_template->content) ? $block_template->content : ' ';

          If the warning persists after this modification, please try activating a default WordPress theme and check if the warning continues to appear.

          If you encounter any further issues, please let us know.

          If you are satisfied with the answer and your problem is solved, please mark the thread as “Resolved.” Thank you.
