Hello @buenojr
Thank you for reaching out to us.
User enrollments are typically linked to courses stored in the
wp_posts
table, with references stored in thewp_usermeta
table. To retrieve this data, you would need to construct a query that combines information from these tables. If you need further clarification or assistance regarding Tutor LMS, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to help!

To ensure your lessons redirect correctly, please go to Tutor LMS > Settings > Advanced, then set the lesson permalink to “lesson” . This adjustment will direct students to the correct lesson page when they click “Start Learning.”

Could you please switch to a default WordPress theme and reload the page to see if the issue persists?Additionally, in your wp-config.php file, set the wp_debug value to false, as this may help resolve the issue.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] Custom Courses PageHello @pdesignz ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.You can create a custom page and display specific courses on it using shortcodes provided by Tutor LMS. These shortcodes allow you to display courses with category on a single page. I’ve included a link to our documentation below with step-by-step instructions for setting this up.
https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/shortcodes/
Just go to the wp-admin dashboard->Pages->Add New Page and give a title of that page and add the shortcode widget and paste your shortcode for your site according to your course ID.If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re here to help!

Thank you for informing us that the translation issue is resolved.
If you’d like to remove the ‘See more’ button and display the full content of the ‘About Courses’ section, this can be achieved by making some code customizations. To assist you with this, we’ll need to know which theme you’re currently using. Could you please provide us with the theme name so we can guide you accordingly?
If you’re comfortable proceeding with the customization, feel free to let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Hello @smexhy ,
We are glad that you found out the text location.Thank you for your feedback.Regarding the Facebook button, unfortunately, the translation is controlled by Facebook’s API, and if they don’t provide an option to change the language, it’s beyond our control to override it. We understand that this may feel inconsistent, but without support from Facebook’s side, we’re unable to modify the button’s text directly.

Thank you for reaching out to us.
The error message shown in the screenshot should automatically translate to the language set for your WordPress site. You can check this setting by navigating to wp-admin -> Settings -> General -> Site Language. The error message will display in the language selected in this option, so please ensure it’s set correctly.
As for the ‘Sign in with Twitter’ or ‘sign in with Google’ button, this text is controlled by social media like google and Twitter’s API and cannot be translated within Tutor LMS. The language of the button is determined by the language set in your google account and Twitter account. If your Twitter account is set to English, the button will appear in English.
I hope this clarifies your concerns. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reach out—we’re here to help.

In reply to: [Tutor LMS - eLearning and online course solution] can’t direct after loginHello @zafajae24 ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
If users aren’t being directed to the dashboard after logging in, there could be several reasons for this issue. Please check that there exists any following issue:- Conflicting Plugins : Sometimes, third-party login or membership plugins might conflict with Tutor LMS or WordPress’s default behavior, causing users to be redirected to the wrong page or not redirected at all.
Temporarily disable other plugins that handle login and redirection to see if one of them is causing the conflict. - Caching Issues: If your site uses caching (through a plugin or server-side), it may load a cached version of the login page instead of properly redirecting to the dashboard after login.
Clear your site’s cache and, if applicable, any caching plugins. Make sure to exclude the login page and dashboard from caching.

Sunjida

Tech Support, ThemeumHello @mellemeijer ,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
In Tutor LMS, course bundles cannot be edited (i.e., adding or removing courses) once a user is enrolled in the bundle. However, there is an option to remove the bundle if needed.
To remove the course bundle, follow these steps:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the course bundle.
- Select Edit.
- On the course bundle edit page, click the Move to Trash button located in the publish section which is on the top-right corner of the page. This will delete the bundle.
If you wish to edit the bundle instead, you will need to unenroll the students first:
- Navigate to Tutor LMS Dashboard > Enrollments, and cancel the enrollment for all students in the courses within the bundle. This will ensure the students are unenrolled.
- You’ll also need to cancel or refund the orders associated with the course bundle. This will remove the order history for those students.
Once this is done, you’ll be able to edit the bundle and make any necessary changes, such as adding or removing courses.
I hope this information helps. If you have any further questions or run into any issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist you.
