Is Gold Cart plugin neccessary for the fedex plugin to work ?

When I click on the calculate button(https://localhost:81/cellcontender/products-page/checkout/), it doesn’t do anything.
And I also know that Gold Cart plugin is neccessary/compulsary for the fedex to work.

Please help me out.
