i am also running on same task can you forward the plugin if you upload it on wordpress plugin directory.

wpmu dosent allow the folder installation, you have to install it only on root

may be dns problem check your installation or remove it and try new one

just check the line number 69 in sfc-login.php

i cant do this because it was client site

i have tried that after changing the permalink i had gone through browse my site but i got error

did change all the links in database
better to download a backup and search replace all with new domain name
