We’ve made some updates to the “Customers” list of conditions. Previously, it used WordPress users’ identities, but we’ve optimized those conditions to use WooCommerce users’ identities.
Additionally, we’ve added a new “woopcd_partialcod/get-cart-customer” filter for customization.
The updated version of the plugin will be available in just a few hours.

I have reviewed the issue and determined that the payment method identification issue is a feature, not a bug.
It is designed to prevent conflicts with other payment method plugins.
Additionally, the plugin attaches additional metadata information to the order about partial payments, which allows developers to customize the plugin for similar issues.
Clearly, it appears that the plugin is not compatible with the Shiprocket plugin and will require some coding
