In reply to: [OceanWP] Description on the Blog Category PageHello, Yes we would like it to be to the left. The issue seems to be the description text is being added to the subtitle. Is there a way for it to be the same as a category of woocommerce? Like this.
[ redundant link removed ]
Is the category description text supposed to be added to the subtitle of a wordpress blog?
Thanks

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem with primary category and permalinks.Hey Zach,
We kept the main category the same and added products to different categories. The permalink was being set to categories that were not the main category.
As a matter of fact I was just working on the site and noticed some of the products that were doing that permalinks are now set to the main category. We just launched the site and have allot of things to do so we can not do more testing in this now. When we do I will report back.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product categories not displaying on the shop page?Ok Guys,
We were able to fix this but either woocommerce or oceanwp has some slight glitches.
To fix the issue we created a text category and added a product to it ( not a sub category ) then it showed up on the shop page. So we added two categories and it was still there. We then removed the product from under the main category and it still showed on the shop page.
After that we added a product to both of the main categories that were not showing and they showed up on the page. We then removed the individual product from both of them and they stayed on the page.
We then removed the categories from the test page and though it would disappear from the shop page. It did not. It stayed on the shop page, and still showed that it had products under it, when it was empty. We refreshed the page several times and opened it in new browsers but the test category was still there.
We had to delete the category to get it off the shops page.
The only plugin we are running that interacts with the theme and woocommerce is elementor.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Sub Category not showing up on a page.Hey Con the theme is OceanWP. The only thing you would see in the screen shot is the sub category not being show under the category.
I will attempt to make it more clear.
The Tank Tops Category will not display under Shirts. But the T-Shirts category does. The Shirts page is set to only display subcategories.
Something else. We we set the Shirts page to display items the items from the Tamk Tops subcategories are shown.
Category Clothes
Sub Category Shirts –a. Sub Category Tank Tops – This is under Shirts
Sun Category Blue Tank Tops – This is listed under Tank Tops
Sun Category Red Tank Tops – This is listed under Tank Topsb. Sub Category T-Shirts. – This is listed under Shirts and has only items in it.

In reply to: [OceanWP] Sub Category not showing up on a page. Thanks for you assistance. We should be publishing the site in a couple of days. Then we can send you over a link to the page.
If you go to pages in your wordpress dashboard, find your shop page and then click edit, you should see a field that says ( OceanWP Settings ). In those setting there is a Title section. Click on Title and you should see a field for subheading.
