I am using a child theme

I added the css in the Custom CSS in the Theme Options. Do I need to add this in the style.css in the child theme?

It would be much easier to add the marquee tag like this in html. But not sure

Thanks Dimitris for your input. Yeah, I decided to use another plugin since that is a core feature I needed to have in my site.

If this can’t be solved then I need to look for another plugin. This is a good plugin that meets most of my site’s needs but support for core feature issues aren’t that good.

I installed the Horizontal Scrolling Announcements Plugin thinking that would help me tp get a scrolling text message. But that is not working. So I just put it as a parallax slider with one slide. But what I would really like is a scrolling message below the menu. How can I get that working?
