To change the database character set to utf8mb4_unicode_ci, you can execute the following SQL query in PHPMyAdmin:
ALTER TABLE wp_mlw_quizzes CONVERT TO CHARACTER SET utf8mb4 COLLATE utf8mb4_unicode_ci;

This feature offers users the flexibility to remove data temporarily, with the option to restore it later if necessary. However, it’s essential to understand that once data is permanently deleted, it cannot be recovered. This ensures that deleted data is completely removed from the system.
