as i postet above: i got the same problem and didnt get, where the hell this resize-option is useable. But i got it now and you and your customers can use it without a new program oder anything.

Just check this:
Upload your images in any size. Which can be 50.000 x 6000PX or whatever. Now do your gallery stuff. Then go to “edit/manage gallery” and edit the new gallery. Just select ALL images in this gallery and select the action: “resize images” or something like that. Then the OK button and it will resize your images.

This resize option is for resizing images after the upload. Understood?

Sorry for the badwords. I was just shocked. I thought the most stat systems count in a 24h interval.

i also think you can do nothing against IP changing visitors. But as i and you said, in my opinion “unique visitors” are diffirent visitors per day, exact as possible.
Thats the reason why i use cystats and statpress reloaded. i use statpress to count the unique visitors per day, and cystats for visitors per day. And the last one will count every new session on the page if the first session is more than 3600 seconds ago.

I’m really disappointed that there is no universal standard for all stat systems. In the current way you CAN’T compare the statistics of two different websites.

Problem 2:

This error is not displaying for logged-out-users. So i cant see the error on your site and you cant see mine. In fact your rss feed is working for me.
I dont know how to solve the error for us.. yet..

It’s just the diffrent types of the permalinks. Go to Adminpanel, Options, Permalinks and choose your type.

Now, no matter what theme I use, I cannot find certain widgets. They are not used in the sidebar, but they are not available in the list of available widgets.

THe Widgets i used in two removed sidebars aren’t available for me now! So… near same problem to me!

3. You have to install plugins for the other effects. Just check the wp–plugin page for “lightbox” or “shutter” I Think there is an other Option, like doing something with the code! but i didn’T find anything that explain what to do.

errr… if you upload pics, then it creates a thumbnail for each pic.
When you use Lightbox instead of Thickbox, it shows the fullsize image when you click on a thump.
I didn’T tried other Effects but i think there are more, which shows the full-size-images!

Editing the /wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/wp25/functions.php

Search for the function upload_images()

Scroll down after the end of the loop and check for this code:

//create thumbnails
nggAdmin::generatethumbnail(WINABSPATH.$gallerypath,$imageslist);

BEFORE THAT add this:

//create resized pictures
nggAdmin::resizeImages(WINABSPATH.$gallerypath,$imageslist);
