Hi @yamamogura , we looked into this.
Basically, the page https://kagurazaka.yamamogura.com/page/2/
is displaying data from another page: https://kagurazaka.yamamogura.com/%E8%A6%8B%E7%95%AA%E6%A8%AA%E4%B8%81/Now, the fact is the Virtual Tour with tour ID: 45165 is used on both pages. So when the data from the second page is being used on the first page, then you are trying to display the same tour twice
First here: https://jmp.sh/ILJlB3U
Second here: https://jmp.sh/NDwQYfJ (Se the blank space, that is where the same tour ID is being used). And this is causing a conflict.
As you know, you can have multiple tours on the same page, but not the same tour twice.
So I suggest that you create another tour with the same images and then replace the tour id on any one of the two pages in question. Then it will work fine.
Hi @yamamogura , we are looking into this. Will give an update once we a solution. Thanks for being patient.
Hi @adsinging ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you please let us know your WordPress version, WooCommerce Version and PHP version?
Also, please let us know what console error you get.
To find out the console error follow the instructions below:
>>Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser).
See Image: https://jmp.sh/ajNCIL5>>You get an extended window popping up. See Image: https://jmp.sh/GEYpHS1
>>It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. See Image: https://jmp.sh/ihU0SQO
>Take a screenshot and send it to us.
Once we get these information, we will try to come up with an appropriate solution. Thanks.

Hi @aweller42 , don’t mind, but is the google font loading at the backend?
Cause we have tested on multiple sites, and our latest plugin loads google fonts in the frontend. Not in the backend.

Hi we are happy to let you know that our plugin now has Gyroscope support. However, it is a pro feature.
You will be able to use Google Cardboard to view the tour. Thanks.
Hi @marjoline , we are glad you could find a solution. Feel free to let us know if you face any further issues. Thanks.
Hi @aweller42 , I am not sure what you are referring to. Did you update the plugin?
Our latest update made sure that we are not fetching any data from external links on the backend.
We load a link in the frontend when you add a tour on a page or post, and that is a fontawesome link. Other possible links you may find are font fetched from your theme or loaded by WordPress.
For example:
At the backend of our test server, we get the following external link:
<link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//s.w.org”>And at the frontend of a page, we get the following external links:
<link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//use.fontawesome.com”>
<link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//fonts.googleapis.com”>
<link rel=”dns-prefetch” href=”//s.w.org”>As I said, we do not fetch data from external links in the backend, which ensures there is no risk from external sources.

Hi @aweller42 , I think there is a misunderstanding. Currently, we are not loading anything from external sources.
Even the font we are using is being loaded from within the plugin. It is an internal link.
If you still see an external link, then can you please give the link here? Then we will handle the matter right away.
Thanks.
Hi @aweller42 , check out the latest update of the plugin.
It should now have no external links loaded.
In case you find more issues, let us know, we will try to fix them ASAP.
For now, if this issue is met, hopefully, you will consider changing your rating back to 5 star.
Thanks.

Hi @zacharytruong , Thanks for trying out our plugin.
In order to go to a second scene, you have to create a hotpot and assign it as scene type. Then choose the scene it will direct to when clicked.
We yet didn’t set up a gallery view with pagination, so for now, hotspot is the way to move from one scene to another.
Here’s an example of a tour created using the plugin:
https://wordpress-140306-758425.cloudwaysapps.com/lupos-bistro-demo/You can get a detailed guide on how to create and set up a scene type hotspot in our documentation.
Let us know if you have any more questions, thanks.

Hi @builtbygeeks thanks for your rating.
We are glad you like our plugin.
We are working on setting up a stable Amazon Seller Feed. Hopefully, it won’t be too long before it’s added.
Thanks.

Hi @shopply for premium support, please get in touch with us on our website. Thanks.
Hi @shopply I understand your concern. However, we have to hold on to some features for Pro, to be able to continue developing.
We are providing all the features for up to 50 products per feed.
If you have more products on your store, you may consider upgrading to Pro.
Hope you understand. Thanks.
