Hi @daanvandenbergh , we tried to recreate this in our test environment but we can’t seem to find a similar issue.

So can you help us out with the following information:
– Your WordPress version
– WooCommerce version
– Cart Lift version
– PHP version
– Your Theme

Once we get this information, we will try to recreate a similar environment and test it out.

Normally, you should only be notified about the carts that were abandoned and when they were recovered.

Hi, unfortunately, we had to take the difficult decision of taking down the plugin and discontinue all support and updates on it.
