Since she was personally trying to help you, she was honest about her situation, but it appears you took it in a rather negative way. It was never our intention to avoid offering support.

There must be some misunderstanding here because if you have reached us, then you should be getting a response from us within 24 hours (on weekdays). If you haven’t heard back from us, there could be reasons such as the response going to Spam, or the email you provided on our support ticket being incorrect.
We really want all our users to be able to use the plugin to grow their business.

Hi @saadkkhan , I believe you are trying to use the first name of your customer. However, you used the wrong shrotcode there. You should use {{customer.firstname}}.

Hi @daanvandenbergh , we only count those as ‘Recovered’ that have actually been recovered by the plugin campaigns.
When a person naturally comes back, it does not necessarily mean he was recovered via the recovery campaign. So marking him as recovered would be incorrect.
Rather, we mark him as Disgarded (we will improve it to mark as Complete). So the recovery campaign emails will not be sent to the buyer who has already returned and completed the purchase.

Hi, in that case, can you take a screenshot of the checkout page (or if possible, a screen recording), and a screenshot of Cart Lift > General Settings and send them to us via email?

In your case, is the “No Thanks” button visible but not working, or is it not visible at all?And which GDPR integration message are you referring to?
Cart Lift shows this message in two places,
– on the Pop-up, and
– at the checkout page.Do let me know.

Hi, I believe you are talking about when people go to the Payment merchant section but then abandon it.

Can you check the email logs to see if the abandoned cart email sequences were sent to the Admin email or to the customer emails for the two cases that you mentioned?Do let us know.
