It seems not an issue with woocommerce rather it an issue with payment method compliance.

Did you make changes on your website? Like custom order status? If yes then try to disable/enable the plugin.

You may do this by using ZIP Code. Create shipping zone with country & specific zip code list. When customer use those specific zip code for specific country then he can see shipping methods. I hope this will help you.

I have face same issues as well and it seems to have conflict with another plugin. Can you check by manually disable all other plugin exclude WooCommerce? I hope you will get the plugin which giving you this hard time. Other than this you can check your resource limits (Memory, php time limit, php max input vars etc), php version, theme/plugin combability etc.

Seems you already fixed the issue. I can’t see any error though WooCommerce activated.

The URL is not working. However, if you can access multi-site admin you can update all themes/plugins. As you said the main site is working for you, I hope you can do this. If still problem not solved please let me know.

But from my past experiences, I assume you are facing the issue once you hit the login button. It can happen for either any plugin compatibility issue or any resource limit issue (for example low Memory). Can enable debug & then try to login again and give the screenshot of the error show?

It might be an issue with your hosting resource limit.
