In reply to: HTTP Error on image uploadmine the same it’s showing HTTP error when i upload image every time it seem like the API is not working properly…
If you want to use SSL on Sub-domain then you need to purchase the Wild-Card SSL to use HTTPS on Sub-Domain.
This plugin won’t help to use HTTPS on Sub-domain or without Certificate only it will help you to secured all your Admin panel contents to HTTPS.

Hi Mike,
I’ve found only one issue which i had mentioned it above one it’s regarding about the login issue… Could you please let me know how would i get fixed? and i’m currently using WordPress HTTPS from Github.
I’m looking forward on your response..
Thanks,
Sulaiman
Hi Mike,
I understand that now…
This plugin has another issue ?? that’s when you logout from the WordPress and then you cannot get in (go to homepage not https just http then type https://domani.com/wp-admin) ?? it redirects to homepage and the homepage is non-HTTPS (i mentioned above not using on front-end) only i can getting to the dashboard by typing like this https://domain.com/wp-admin and i cannot enter in because i used to protect my wp-admin folder using password protection which shows double pop one connection is domain.com:80 and another one is domain.com:449 so when i go to homepage again form the dashboard it automatically logout (i didn’t click the logout button i clicked on admin bar title)… By the way other issues are already been fixed such as file upload, redirect errors, proxy, etc…
I don’t know why is the issue happen again i was just testing out the plugin before it goes live to my website. I’m looking forward to hear from you to getting fixed this soon.
Thanks
SulaimanHi Mike,
I would like to know what’s the difference from github and the directly down via wordpress dashboard? Could you please let me know the changes?
Alright… Let me know if you figured out it… Thanks and please keep me updated
Hi Mike,
Yes, I know it doesn’t matter if it secured in Media… But when i’m in post edit area i have insert the image above the content and the image shows as HTTPS in the HTML tab not in visual tab… and if the page is non-HTTPS it shows http that’s correct but if the plugin is disabled then the images shows as HTTPS for non-http pages that’s the problem i’m having…
Hi Mike,
I have no images that are loading over HTTPS as i’ve said that i’m not using SSL on front-end… I use only on the back-end as HTTPS to protect and secure lot of files stored by the authors… I’ve already uploaded the file from Github… Let me know if there i can do anything that you could assist me
Alright sure… I’d ask for it ?? could you provide me the email then you can customise the plugin like the above mentioned one…
Hi Mike,
I’m using the wordpress default placed path but the images, css and scripts are served to the CDN… But i’m worried if the SSL expired i will lost all the images that are secured with HTTPS by the WordPress HTTPS plugin which changes the path to HTTPS on upload so it would be difficult to change all the url back to http…
Let me know if you could make me that changes so i can provide you the login detail for wordpress.
