Well, think it is okay like it is. A counter would be nice but it has to look good also in mobile version and to look similar to the other icons like now. So I think this would be complicated. Thx for your great help so far!

Hi there, unfortunately there can not be set shortcodes to the main menu in Divi Theme. I managed to have a heart icon in main menu now following the instructions here: https://www.peeayecreative.com/how-to-add-icons-to-the-divi-menu/. You can see the result at hpuandyou.de
