Yes you are right dear Joseph. I just found it was Itheme problem. there setting restricted for customers to login through customer name only. now i have changed to both customer and email address. so it was due to security plugin. Thanks God that i have got it already but still thank you very much for reply. So any one who is facing same problem go for security checks settings.
