Even i faced the same problem. Rollback the plugin to an earlier before version 1.2.7. The recent version of the plugin somehow modifies the URL by adding the taxonomy terms. Not sure if this is the problem, but this is the difference i noticed while working on the older and the newer version. I had to rollback to version 1.2.6. Hope this helps
