It needs to customize “../plugins/stm_vehicles_listing/templates/single-car/car-data.php” template through Child theme – “../themes/your_theme_folder/listings/single-car/car-data.php” in order to hide empty listing taxonomies.

Seems you are using Price limit from 0 to 30000 – https://webs.atthouse.pl/?make=acura&min_price=0&max_price=30000, but your Accura car has a price $59000 – https://webs.atthouse.pl/?make=acura.

So you need to increase your Max Price under Dashboard -> Listings -> Listing Categories -> manage Price taxonomy terms.
